Ando’s Cycleworks Thursday morning shop ride is a fast-paced, high-intensity session designed for experienced riders chasing speed and strength. Rolling out at 5:30am from the shop, the route charges along Qantas Drive, heads out to La Perouse, then sweeps back down The Grand Parade for a big-engine finish. It’s a hard, punchy ride with minimal stops and plenty of opportunities to test the legs. Riders regroup at St Paul’s café for a well-earned coffee and debrief — a midweek tradition for those who like it fast and fierce.
